Should parents be friends to their children ?

In life we have different roles to play. Boss/subordinate, teacher/ student, husband/wife, friend/friend, director/actor, singer/music director, parent/ child etc. etc. We have to play the role that is assigned to us at that moment. When we are boss we need to behave like one and similarly when we are the subordinate we need to behave like one. It will be catastrophic when these roles are reversed or not played correctly.

Role of a parent and a friend are different-so much so they are even conflicting. Parent is one who holds position of responsibility, a guardian, even a role model to a child. They make decisions for them, they are also consultants, give guidance and always seek the best for them. They are at least one rung above the child. Friends on the other hand are peers and are not responsible for the child’s action.

Being a friend can lead to over indulgence and may even make the child clueless, without any proper direction. These children are likely to become ineffective parents as well.

Be friendly, but not their best friend. Let them do chores. Set limits and enforce them.

Parents who are afraid to put their foot down usually have children who step on their toes

I think, our children, like us have lots of friends, but have only one mother and father. This unique relationship should always be maintained. When in doubt, when in a problem and to guide them in the correct path whom will they approach? If parents are friends then to whom will they go for advice, who will show them the righteous path, whose hand will they hold while crossing an abyss and on whose shoulders will they cry?

Don’t worry that your children never listen to you, worry that they are always watching you.

WHO IS SUFFERING THE KIDS.,PARENTS GET DIVORCED AND CHILD SUFFER IN LOVE MARRIAGES 50% of love marriages are sucess ....from top to middle level family.....

WHO IS SUFFERING THE KIDS.,PARENTS GET DIVORCED AND CHILD SUFFER  IN LOVE MARRIAGES  ....
Liz Hurley’s husband is demanding to know when she embarked on her affair with Australian cricket legend Shane Warne.Textile tycoon Arun Nayar is said to be “furious” over revelations that his wife of three years is having a fling with Warne.Lawyers have told Arun that he can serve divorce papers on the cricketer as part of any proceedings, but only if he wishes to petition his wife on the grounds of “inappropriate behaviour”.
Swimwear model Hurley, 45, who was pictured kissing former spin bowler Warne last week, claimed she had separated from Arun “a few months ago”.Hurley who has a eight year old son ....where he will stand her mother in the picture .

A Dehradun software engineer Rajesh Gulati (37) is alleged to have committed the ghastly murder of his wife, chopped the corpse and preserved it in a deep freezer for about two months. The couple had been residing with their two children in Dehradun for about 18 months. This horrifying incident was discovered after a complaint filed by the victim Anupama Gulati’s brother because he was not getting any specific information about his sister from the accused Rajesh Gulati. After the complaint, Anupama's husband was nabbed by the police and he confessed to the murder of his wife. This incident took place on October 17 after which he told his children that Anupama is in Delhi. He also told his wife’s brother Sujan that everything is fine between them but, a suspicious Sujan visited Dehra Dun and couldn’t find Anupama there.

Rajesh said “We were yelling and a fight started. In a fit of rage I banged her head against the bed. She went unconscious. Now, since a domestic violence case was already going on, I could not have let people come to know about it. I, then, decided to kill her."

MA Ganapathy, Inspector General of Garhwal range said, "Rajesh bought a deep freezer after the very act and stashed all the pieces of his wife's body into it. Everyday Rajesh went out and dumped some of the pieces little by little on the outskirts of the city. He confessed to his crime while he was being interrogated."
The question comes here is the kids r responsible for their mother death .....or divorced.

ITS MY EGO,YOURS OR OURS.....

I got one message from my friend, this e-world of e-commerce, e-mail, e-ticket, e-cards don't forget e-shwar!! He is the one who gives you e-very thing! In that list he has left another one, which exists from the beginning... e-go!

If you consult the psychologists or psychiatrists, they would agree with my view that most of the problems in the life were created by that three letter word.

When it starts and how that too at what age... Nobody knows. in one of the petty fights between my son and daughter, he unintentionally hit her hand. Immediately my daughter gave it back. Then the war of words started flowing; as usual the referee was called (who else other than me!) and a minute's thought I gave the judgment. As the action was not preplanned,   each one has to tender apology to another. But my son agreed to say sorry but my daughter was not. Then he told if she is having such a ego why I should give up; I will not say the word. It's a reasonable argument. My daughter replied, as he hit first, she had to give it back. What is the need of apology! A valid reply! Then I had to use law and order rules to disperse their dispute! (That's different story!)

In another scenario, one young couple was watching television. Wife told something to her husband, he didn't listen to what she said (as usual!). He was busy in watching an important announcement in the television. After that she turned to his wife and asked whether she had told anything. No reply from her. Time rolled by. No conversations between them. He thought nothing important, so she was not speaking anything. She thought he was not interested in her and so the silence. See how the ego spreads like a mushroom. Finally it ended in a divorce!!

The ego starts like a small plant on a rock. Slowly it forms cracks in it and finally makes it into two pieces. A lull period develops between two good friends. After a gap that creates the opinion in each others minds that “let the other one shall contact.. Why should I?”. Slowly the love becomes hate. In due course two good friends will become great enemies for a silly reason! Who has to be blamed? Is it because of their ego?

I asked one of my friends about this. His views are like this: ego is just a reflection of self-pride. That's essential for every one. It enhances your own belief. Or you can say, it's a byproduct of self-esteem. If used in a positive way, it can create wonders. The vice versa is also true. If it's not used properly, it can be destructive too. Then my question was, is it necessary to have such a thing. Mere self-confidence is not essential to do wonders? Is it not a fuel for superiority complex? There is a thin line separates self-confidence and pride. “I can do it!” – Self-confidence! “I can only do it; nobody can!” this is pride! No answer for my questions from him. Now it's your turn. How can say go to a non-existent entity? In my view, nothing like ego exists. It's a state-of-mind. It differs from individual to individual. So generalizing such feeling with an irrelevant term “ego” will not serve the purpose. Rather it complicates it.

My question is whether such a thing exists in our minds? If so where..? If every body has it, why it affects few of us; not all. Is it a nature's gift or artificial creature? If we go further is it a faux pas or excuse created by us to escape?
What's ur opinion pals?

MIND YOUR LANGUAGE NOT YOUR BODY....CHECK THIS OUT AS WORDS ALSO HAVE POWER .

Pen is mightier than the sword!!! And words are mightier than the weapons!!!

Words have the power. They are  more dangerous  than weapons.

Words if not used properly have the ability to shatter a person. A
weapon can go through the skin, flesh and bone and can injure the
person externally, but words said wrongly can cut the "YOU" in you.

Only words have this ability. Many times we aren't aware of how the

words we choose online or in real life can affect others. Writing online
is both a right as well as a responsibility. Words online are harder to
interpret and many times they get misinterpreted and hurt the feeling
of others. So when we are on a public forum its better that we
"Mind our Language".

While we blog on social sites we always expect comments from the readers.

We do come across inspiring comments and encouraging comments which
definitely have the power to help and heal us but at the same time we do
find some filthy comments also which hurts the person and his or her
self respect. We should take into consideration the fact that  since
nobody knows us personally in a social site  we should be careful
about the kind of impression we leave about ourselves while commenting

There are lots of online readers and a filthy comment posted by us
not only hurts the blogger but also leaves a bad opinion about
ourselves among the readers. When we speak to a person in real life
also we must watch the words we use.  Before we frame our comment,
it is better to view that from the other persons’ perspective. Better we try
to understand the blogger’s  mind and weigh whether our words will suit
the situation. Sometimes wrong  words spoken on wrong situation may
lead to loss of relationship with both friends and relatives. Though they
may be Jokes  when said in an inappropriate manner or at improper times
they can hurt . The cruel words can leave scars.

While chatting online with net friends or while talking to them over phone,

most of them spill their hearts with people whom they have never met or
never known. So its better we mind the language and better restrict
ourselves from talking personal things to unknown people. Some
people who do not disclose their identity, worm into these peoples
life and make them vulnerable to their personal wishes just through
chats and phone calls. They just vanish one day suddenly and the
other person is emotionally disturbed and left depressed. People
become susceptible to such acts at any age in this netage.

We find on the social sites  lot of fake identities who spread rumours,

through notes and mails as well as use hurtful words, especially to
the women members. They also post blogs  using derogatory language
and statements which hurt the other members Some times, such
persons leave dirty comments  also. But they vanish after sometime
by deleting their membership. Most of these are targetted towards
the women members of the site. Because of the rise of such false
identities, we slowly lose the faith in our friends on the net because
we tend to suspect everyone and sometimes it is shocking to know
that some friends (Net friends) engage themselves in cheap plots
like abusing others in false names. This betrayal of friendship
has become very wide-spread among net friends.

Let me conclude that whenever we speak to others or when we interact

with others on the net, let us not use hurting words. Because we know
words are more damaging than weapons. Let us try to maintain a
peaceful mind (Not a drunken mind) and speak with compassion
and understanding so that we avoid hurting others with our sharp
words both personally and online.

SOCIETY IS IN NEED OF RIVERSE OSMOSIS.......CHECK IT OUT !

Dellhi Metro ? How safe we women are without Arms Force in the train? its a condition  of Osmosis if I understand the term correctly is the process of liquid passing through a membrane. Converse of this is when something else passes through a liquid like water it is called reverse osmosis .
Day in and day out we hear about violence against women. Of late  acid throwing or causing injury resulting in death, stalking, sending obscene emails sms or mms etc especially by disgruntled lovers and sex maniacs has become more.  The victims are mostly college students or single women even minor girls in their teens are not spared.  In some cases the women/girls unable to bear the torture or harassment commit suicide.
Now if we analyse the situation who is to be blamed for this?  Is it the parents who’s  primary duty it is to keep their wards in check or the educational institutions who openly flaunt the rules and are more interested in making education  a profitable business venture or is it the movies that propagate puppy love and make every youngster feel that they  can lay any girl they come across  or is it the law enforcement agencies who fail to take action in time and are more concerned about security to VIPs and bandobast  rather than law and order.  In my opinion it’s a combination of all these factors with the balance of course being tilted towards the last one.
I remember last to last year It was a surprise though not a pleasant one to read in the papers that at Kadappa in Andhra Pradesh an alleged stalker who was blackmailing a women with some obscene mms of hers was killed by her and her parents in broad day light  in full view of public stabbed and cut with knives and sickles. It is reported the blackmailing  continued despite warning s and requests. If the allegation is true it shows the deep sense of resentment which the women and her family were pushed to.   A true case of reverse osmosis.A  seven days passed a gang rape in the car the victim was thrown in the park and still  police has not found the culprits they r moving on the road how safe we are ?
This might be one off case of a victim taking law into their hands or is it just the beginning of those pushed to a corner hitting back.  Let the readers for a moment think that I support this action , but what I am worried about is is that it shows the beginning of a new trend and if allowed to grow may lead to disastrous consequences. Another  revelation of the whole episode is that women should not be viewed as the weaker sex and atrocities perpetrated against them.  In the first place all concerned should take immediate proper action  upon a complaint being received. Though a permanent solution still eludes us the incident is to be viewed as a wake up call for all concerned and ways and means to put an end to the menace found.

LIFE DEPANDS UPON LOVE ...............

The modern woman's quest for good health, youth and beauty has seen cosmetic surgery become commonplace, a week's wages spent on eye cream the norm, and drinking weird, furry berry juice from Tibet acceptable.
But according to dating service It's Just Lunch, there is a much easier way to look after yourself and achieve the much sought after healthy glow. Commonly referred to as 'the look of love', the long-term health benefits for those hit by cupid's arrow are just as rewarding as finding that special someone — and range far beyond the benefits of exercise from making love!
Research shows, in many cases, love can heal as powerfully as medicine, so here's some great reasons to fall in love…
Love makes you smarter
Falling in love induces a calming effect on the body and mind by raising levels of nerve growth for about a year. This hormone-like substance helps to restore the nervous system and improves memory by triggering the growth of new brain cells.
Love helps fight cancer
A new study from the University of Iowa found that ovarian cancer patients with a strong sense of connection to others and satisfying relationships had more vigorous "natural killer" cell activity at the site of their tumours than those who didn't have those social ties. (These desirable white blood cells kill cancerous cells as part of the body's immune system.)
(Dr Vermon Coleman, author and GP.)
Love benefits your immune, endocrine and cardiovascular systems
We may also pay a price if we don't give love. Research shows that loving acts neutralise the kind of negative emotions that adversely affect immune, endocrine and cardiovascular function.
(Stephen Post Ph.D professor of bioethics and religion at Ohio's Case Western University.)
Love is good for your heart
The brain becomes "fired up" when talking to someone it finds attractive and sends impulses to the heart making it pound three times faster than normal. This results in increased blood supply to the body, specifically the cheeks and sexual organs, which gives us the feeling of butterflies in the stomach.
(Dr John Marsden PhD. chartered psychologist and senior lecturer at London's Institute of Psychiatry.)
A study conducted at the University of North Carolina found that couples who spent time in close physical contact, including hugging and talking with each other, had higher levels of oxytocin — the love hormone. Women also benefited from lower blood pressure. The authors speculated that greater oxytocin levels may increase the probability of future positive interactions, so that oxytocin and partner bonding reciprocate in a positive feedback loop.
So go and give someone a hug and help your heart!
Love makes you live longer
Studies have indicated that a lack of love causing social isolation increases the risk of early death by up to five times. Feeling connected is essential to good health.
(Dean Ornish MD, author of Love and Survival: 8 Pathways to Intimacy and Health.)
Research carried out at The Institute for Research on Unlimited Love, suggests that selfless love can increase our immunity by de-stressing us as well as possibly extending our life spans and improving our mental health states, including reducing depression, for those who focus their attention on giving or helping others. So why not get out and get involved in a charity project?
Love can lower your cholesterol
Research has shown that expressing your feelings of affection can reduce cholesterol levels. A study in Human Communication Research found that people who wrote about their feelings of affection for significant friends, relatives, and/or romantic partners had significantly lower cholesterol levels than those that didn't.
Love is the elixir of youth
The endorphins produced by the body when in love increase blood flow to the skin, which helps keep it soft and smooth, and reduce the development of wrinkles. The increased supply of essential food and oxygen to skin cells when in love also give the face a pinker, healthier glow.
(Dr Vermon Coleman, author and GP.)
So has sex got anything to do with it?
Well according to Forbes.com yes! Regular sex is associated with many benefits including:
  • Improved sense of smell;
  • Reduced risk of heart disease;
  • Weight loss and improved overall fitness;
  • Reduced depression;
  • Pain-relief;
  • Less-frequent colds and flu;
  • Better bladder control;
  • A healthier prostate;
  • And better teeth … apparently … hmm I leave it up to you to think more about that one.
And marriage?
A study conducted at Harvard University found that married women are 20 percent less likely and married men 100 to 200 percent less likely to die of stress-related causes like heart disease, suicide and cirrhosis of the liver than single people.
So ride the ups and downs and reap the myriad health benefits that being in love deals us.

The group of monuments of Khajuraho has been included in the UNESCO world heritage. The village of Khajuraho is situated in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The village lies to the southeast of Delhi. We started our journey from Dellhi, from Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station you can reach Khajuraho early in the morning 7:00am by “UP Sampark Kranti 12448-Slip” (running only Tue, Fri and Sun and slipped from Mahoba with One 3AC, One IInd Sleeper and two General Coach). The hotels and the local tourist vehicles are easily available, people are villagers and their main business is depend upon tourism only, you can have food at Raja café the best restaurant opposite to western temples. Khajuraho is the name which results from the Hindi word called "Khajur" meaning Date Palm. The village of Khajuraho is elevated at an average height of 283m above the sea level. The Khajuraho is typically a cultural type of village. As per the 2001 India census the population of Khajuraho was 19,282. Tropical type of climate is mainly observed. Khajuraho is a well renowned for its erotic sculptures : Its reflect the behaviour needed in front of the divinities. Khajuraho is also famous for its temples. Majority of the temples in Khajuraho are mainly Jain and Hindu temples. The Khajuraho temples show a very distinct style of architecture. Indian temple architecture is broadly divided into two distinct styles – the Nagari or the north Indian and Dravida or the south Indian. Most of the temples present were built over a period of 250 yrs. during the rule of the Chandela dynasty are at the pinnacle of the Nagari architectural style; mostly built in fine-grained buff, pink and pale yellow sandstone. Most of the Khajuraho temples are aligned east to west with their entrance facing east.

Lakshmana Temple this temples was constructed by Vidyadhara, who is arguably one of the greatest kings of Chandela. The temple is the largest of the Western group of temples. This temple was built approx. in 1000BC. The shikhara or main spire has a height of 31 meters. It is said to depict Mount Meru, which is the holy mountain of Lord Shiva. The main spire is surrounded by 84 miniature spires. Inside the temple one can find the Shiva linga (symbol of Lord Shiva), that is made of marble.

100 is not Important Sometimes See The Value of 108 Also.

As per Indian mythology, Indian culture has a very special significance of number 108. What is this number represent, and why is it so important?
1) In one minute, we breathe in approximately 15 times, in 1 hour 900 times, and in 12 hours 10800 times, and in a day 10800 * 2 times. A day consists of 24 hours, and if we set aside half the day for our day to day routines, then one can spend 12 hours for recitation of one's idol. Therefore, the maximum number of times that one can recite "mantra", or perform "Jap" are 10800. If one wants to obtain 100% benefit of its jap, then performing jap 108 times will give you the benefit of 100%. That's why in a "Mala", there are 108 beads. It is written in Vedas, that 1 Jap corresponds to 1 mala (which has 108 beads), therefore performing jap of 108 malas will result in 100% benefit.
2) Astronomically, there are 27 constillations in our galaxy, and each one them has 4 directions, and 27 *
= 108, In other words the number 108 covers the whole galaxy.
3) According to Indian scriptures, letter 9 corresponds to Lord Brahma (the creator of universe).
Mathematically, the interesting property of 9 is 9x1 = 9
9 x 2 = 18 (8+1 = 9)
9 * 3 = 27 (7+2 = 9)
9 * 12 = 108 (1+0+8 = 9)
Harshad number: 108 is a Harshad number, which is an integer divisible by the sum of its digits
(Harshad is from Sanskrit, and means "great joy")

Discover how to communicate with confidence while making great conversation.

Life never leaves u empty, it always replace everything u lost, if it asks u to put something down it's because it wants u to pickup something great!

When you have an important event to attend there are 7 great ways to make sure you perform at your very best. These tips are relevant for social events and business meetings. Discover how to communicate with confidence while making great conversation.

1. Decide what you want to say before the event . Review it in your mind to make sure it sounds okay. Keep rehearsing it until you can say it with conviction and confidence.

2. Consider your potential listeners. Who will you be talking to and which topics of conversation will be welcome? You need to make sure your message matches your audience.

3. Be yourself. The worst mistake is to pretend you are something you are not. People will see through you and distrust everything you say. Even if you communicate clearly and with confidence.

4. Never expect things to work out perfectly. Be ready to deal with problems by deciding in advance what you will do. What will you do if people ignore your input? Now is the time to decide and not later on in the heat of the moment.

5. Be flexible in your approach. Different people need to be treated differently. Pay very close attention to how people respond to what you say and keep adjusting your approach until you have a good rapport with your listener.

6. Make the other person the focus of your attention and let him lead the conversation in the early stages. Let that person steer the conversation onto topics that are of interest to him.

7. Anticipate what could go wrong . Then do what you can to make sure those scenarios do not occur. Adequate planning is the key to performing at your best in the moment. Hope u will enjoy this confidence while communicating.
AT LAST NOTHING IS POSSIBLE IN THIS WORLD BUT U NEED A CONFIDENCE IN WHOLE.

BIG BOSS - Highlighting The Third SEX....! (Ali Saleem Khusra urf Begum Nawazish Ali)

It was really anonymous to find that yesterday in 'BIG BOSS' people were nominating Ali Saleem Khusra urf Begum Nawazish Ali because they were not understanding what she /he is ......I have found some question in me to find actually why this happen to the third sex,She anchors in Pakistani TV shows also still participants were agree to stay with a dacoit Seema Parihar who has killed so many people but no to begum.

Begum Nawazish Ali
The dictionary meaning of eunuch, Hijra is a castrated man (akin to oxen). A hermaphrodite is one possessing both male and female organs and a transvestite is one who chooses a sex other than he/she is born. The Hindus puranas and epics mention the courageous feats of true hermaphrodites who are referred to with dignity, as third sex. It was during the Arab attack in the 8th  century and later the Mughals, that castration of males for some specific jobs - like guarding the harem- took place on a large scale. . In India culturally, impotency, infertility, homosexuality are also linked to Hijras, which is totally incorrect. Depending on the region, they worship Bahuchara Mata (North), Renuka (South) and even Shiva as Ardhanareeswara.

Indian Classical - Kathak

Art, Music and Dance play an important role in all traditions and cultures. The expressions are different but the goal is usually to stimulate the connectedness, communion and spiritual experience of a group or an individual. Spiritual Art, Music and Dance communicates directly to the Soul and affect us on a subtle and often unconscious level. There is a saying that "one image is more than thousand words? and that is also the case for music and dance. It can be said that music is the pleasure of harmony and Dance is the pleasure of feeling alive.
One of the seven classial dance in India is Kathak. Kathaks unique history has made it very different from other traditional dance forms, although it still retains the same roots. Presently, this classical dance is characterized by a combination of the temple and court forms, inclusive of both the devotion and romantic form that has shaped it through the years.

If you're Thinking of having an Affair, Think again...

Many persons turn to an affair as a means of coping with a poor marriage. There are websites available to help married persons meet other married persons for such purposes. These websites cite statistics suggesting that since affairs occur in such great numbers, the behavior is thus normal and therefore acceptable.

Well, that's just evidence of 'stinking thinking', or as psychologists would say, cognitive distortions. (A cognitive distortion is the lie we tell ourselves to convince ourselves that something is OK when clearly it is not.)

How to Use, When to Use Your Body Language......Important..

Body language is an important part of communication which can constitute 50% or more of what we are communicating. If you wish to communicate well, then it makes sense to understand how you can (and cannot) use your body to say what you mean.
Message clusters
Body language comes in clusters of signals and postures, depending on the internal emotions and mental states.  Recognizing a whole cluster is thus far more reliable than trying to interpret individual elements.

At theAge @ 50 u Look @25....................

IT'S ALL very well to talk about aging " gracefully" but let's face it, there's no such thing. Anyone who is middle aged knows how typical it is to try and shrug off the changes that force us to pace ourselves. There's a kind of slowing down - we tire more easily; start gaining weight just eating the same meals we've always eaten and get high on two drinks instead of the three it used to take five years ago.

Aging is essentially a process in which your cells lose their resilience and their ability to repair damage. This may be so dramatic that looking in the mirror at our sagging muscles, crinkling skin and graying hair may send shock waves down our spines! But at least one is mentally prepared for these changes, as they are an inevitable sign of aging.

Truth is Truth What I See I Write, But Yet Dreaming Better ! INDIA.

Ramnagar Fort, Varanasi
I am seeing it with my eyes from last 35 yrs, I wish can change. I   salute the National Flag as you do. I cheer the country's victory as you do. But, for the reasons given,I love this country the most. Here, I CAN pit and throw garbage anywhere. Smoke and relieve wherever I want to Enjoy loud music and create nuisance to others. Arrange a procession and chaos on the main road. Hold ceremonies by blocking streets and lanes. Bribe astrologers and priests to break or fix matrimony. Make money out of natural calamities. Pilfer electricity and water. Create artificial scarcity. Pollute environment and human being as well. Chat and Drive as I like, and park as I wish. Sherk form the duties and responsibilities. Hold someone accountable for my misadventure. Grease the palm of authorities for my gain. Influence a deal for a kickback. Buy or sell human beings or their organs. Encroach upon public property.

What Is The Use If U Never Know the Meaning of giving a Thirsty Person any Water...

If you never gave a thirsty person any water, Then what is the point in giving him nectar granting immortality after wards? If you never picked up a falling person, Then what is the point in shedding tears after wards?
I went to the temple and I prayed to god;Whilst I was praying I suddenly had a thought,I never did a selfless service for my mother and father; Then what is the point in only praying to god?If you never gave a thirsty person any water; Then, what is the point in giving him nectar, granting immortality after wards?
I went to a religious gathering to learn about God and I listened to the saint's teachings,Whilst I was listening to the saint's teachings I suddenly had a thought:Even though I have been given birth as a human, I have never shown any mercy/kindness,Then what is the point in being called a human?
If you never gave a thirsty person any water, Then what is the point in giving him nectar granting immortality after wards? I gave donations and I did my prayers and I did my penance, Whilst I was making the donations I suddenly had a thought, I never gave food to a hungry person, Then what is the point in donating thousands? If you never gave a thirsty person any water, Then what is the point in giving him nectar granting immortality after wards?
I went to bathe in the sacred river Ganges in Haridwar, Kasi;Whilst I was bathing in the sacred river Ganges I suddenly had a thought: I have washed my body but I haven't washed my soul; then what is the point in bathing in this sacred river Ganges? If you never gave a thirsty person any water, Then what is the point in giving him nectar granting immortality after wards?
I have read all the holy texts like the Vedas and the Shashtras, Whilst reading the Shashtras I suddenly had a thought: I have never shared my knowledge with anyone; then what is the point in being called wise/intelligent? If you never gave a thirsty person any water, Then what is the point in giving him nectar granting immortality after wards?

All your places of worship are at the feet of your respected parents,Come, Come that is the place to achieve liberation and enlightenment, If you never did a selfless service for your father and mother, Then what is the point in going on pilgrimages? If you never gave a thirsty person any water; Then what is the point in giving him nectar granting immortality after wards If you never picked up a falling person; Then what is the point in shedding tears after wards?...

If You will Respect other Religion your own Religion will be Respected.

ARE U HINDU, MUSLIM OR CHRISTIAN WHO R U ?

Educate yourself. Besides sacred texts, there are a myriad of books and movies available that delve into other religions. Learn about the major world religions, their belief systems and values, and also learn about lesser known religions. Notice the differences, but pay closer attention to the similarities, most religions will have similar common themes.Explore other religions. Ask your friends of other faiths if you can attend a worship service with them, or go to a different church, mosque, or synagogue. It's a great way to reach out to a larger part of your community.

Maintain an attitude of respect. Look for similarities not differences. Set aside the notion that your religion is "right" and other religions are automatically "wrong" even if it is a tenement of your faith. This means suspending judgment and being diplomatic to show respect for people of other religions. Treat the people you encounter as you would want to be treated if someone of another faith was attending a service at your church.

Ask questions in a respectful and polite manner to members of other religions. You will find more common ground than you might expect. No matter what, we're all human beings and are hoping and wishing and working for the same basic things in this life. Who knows, you may walk away from the conversation with a new perspective or a deeper commitment to your own faith.

SOMETIME WE FIGHT FOR OUR OWN RELIGION
BUT WE REALLY DON'T KNOW GOD KNOWS ONLY ONE RELIGION AND THAT IS HUMANITY!

Teej is the day when Married women do 24-hour nirjala fasting see from my vision.

Teej is celebrated just before the first day of Ganesh Chaturthi. Married women do 24-hour nirjala fasting (without water or fruit) for the wellness of their spouse and their married lifeTeej is an unique festival for Hindu women. It takes place in August or early September. It celebrates the arrival of monsoon after a season of oppressive heat.
"Teej" is a small red insect that comes out of the soil during rains. It is celebrated for marital bliss, well-being of spouse and children and purification of own body and soul. The festival is a three-day-long celebration that combines sumptuous feasts as well as rigid fasting. North Indian women of Rajashtan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Bihar, are mainly celebrates this festival. In this Festival Women worship of Goddess Parvati with Lort Shiva for happy and long marriage life. During Teej, swing ropes on the courtyards decorated with flowers are a common sight. Newly married girls return to their parent’s home, receiving clothes from their parents. In this occasion rural women buy new bangles, bindis bead-necklaces and having mouth-watering dishes.Rituals of Teej: Women undergo fasts; sing folk songs and dance in the name of Goddess Parvati. It is a belief that unmarried women fasting will luckily find a suitable husband. Fasting married women will also find their husband more faithful and bonds of love strengthened.

History of Teej: Teej Festival symbolized reunion of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Teej teaches us the sacrifice of wife to win the heart of husband. It is said that Parvati reborn and went through stringent fasting for 108 long years to prove her dedication, devotion and unconditional love towards Lord Shiva. Finally, 108 years of long sacrifice paid off and Lord Shiva accepted her as his wife. Till today, the festival of Teej is celebrated to honor the devotion of Goddess Parvati – popularly known as TEEJ MATA. On this day, both married and unmarried women seek her blessings for their happy marital life. Teej Amongst the Baniya Community: Teej is an important festival amongst the baniya and marwari community. In this area women are also given bangles and bindis. Swings are also put on trees for the entertainment of young girls. Unlike the other states and communities amongst the baniyas and marwaris, the festival is meant as a celebration for women especially young girls. Girls of the house are given new clothes. A special and fun lunch is organized by the women of the house for the women in the house. It is the traditional women's day of the community. It is customary for mothers-in-law to give the newly married daughter-in-law a piece of jewellery on her first teej after marriage.

Traditionally daughters-in-law would go to their mothers house for teej and come back after Rakhi, in this way they would spend about 10 days of the summer with their parents. It is customary that when a daughter goes to her parents house she takes with her sweet and salty savouries with her.Daughters spend teej with their parents and after they come back they spend Buddhi Teej which is teej for the daughters-in-law in their marital home. Buddhi Teej normally falls within a week after Rakhi.Today in Delhi there are numerous suits and sari exhibitions before Teej for women to buy clothing for the festival.

THE STORY BEHIND TEEJ...Once upon a monsoon, in a land called Bimala Nagari, King Chandraprabha set out for a hunt in a nearby forest. While he was roaming the woods, he chanced upon a group of apsaras engaged in an intense ritual of prayer and fasting for the goddess Parvati. They tied a sacred thread around the king's wrist, after which he returned home. On seeing the thread, the king's favourite wife Vishalakshi seethed with anger and jealousy. She snatched off a bit of the thread and threw it on a dead tree. Instantly, the tree bloomed to life. The king's second wife, Sri Mahadevi, took some of the thread from her husband's wrist and placed it on herself and thenceforth she became the centre of the king's attentions. Vishalakshi, banished to the forest, prayed to Swarna Gauri or Parvati and in so doing she won back the goodwill of the king and she returned to the palace, her life and love restored.
According to the Skandapurana and the Bhavishyapurana, this incident is the origin of Teej, the festival that falls on the third day of the new moon in the month of Shravan. Women pray to Parvati to seek blessings of marital bliss. In the Bhavishyapurana, Krishna tells his sister Subhadra not to consider herself exempt from the Swarna Gauri Vrata just because her brother is a god and her husband, the mighty Arjun. With her perfect marriage, Parvati is seen as a symbol of feminine power. Parvati takes charge of finding a husband for herself. She embarks on a severe tapasya to counter the one Shiva has undertaken. Her perseverance is rewarded when the normally unyielding and stoic Shiva expresses his willingness to marry her.

Parents are not a burden....Love Them from your Heart not as a Responsibilities.

An 75 year old women was sitting on the sofa in her house along with her 45 years old highly educated son. Suddenly a crow perched on their window.

The Mother asked her Son, "What is this?"

The Son replied "It is a crow".

After a few minutes, the Mother asked her Son the 2nd time, "What is this?"
The Son said "Mother, I have just now told you "It's a crow".

After a little while, the old Mother again asked her Son the 3rd time,

What is this?"

At this time some expression of irritation was felt in the Son's tone when he said to his Mother with a rebuff. "It's a crow, a crow".

A little after, the Mother again asked her Son the 4th time, "What is this?"

This time the Son shouted at her Mother, "Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again, although I have told you so many times 'IT IS A CROW'. Are you not able to understand this?"
my writing of this blog will be worth if at least one person  will take the oath, Say a prayer to God, "I will serve my old parents in the BEST way. I will say all good and kind words to my dear parents, no matter how they behave.

A little later the Mother went to her room and came back with an old tattered diary, which she had maintained since her Son was born. On opening a page, she asked her Son to read that page. When the son read it, the following words were written in the diary :
"Today my little son aged three was sitting with me on the sofa, when a crow was sitting on the window. My Son asked me 23 times what it was, and I replied to him all 23 times that it was a Crow. I hugged him lovingly each time h e asked me the same question again and again for 23 times. I did not at all feel irritated I rather felt affection for my innocent child".

While the little child asked him 23 times "What is this", the Mother had felt no irritation in replying to the same question all 23 times and when today the Mother asked her Son the same question just 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed.

So..

If your parents attain old age, do not repulse them or look at them as a burden, but speak to them a gracious word, be cool, obedient, humble and kind to them. Be considerate to your parents. From today say this aloud, "I want to see my parents happy forever. They have cared for me ever since I was a little child. They have always showered their selfless love on me.

They crossed all mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today".

Do U Have Your Tounge to Speak Clear Communication...Check it Out

A Checklist for Clear Communication

Think of how often you communicate with people during your day. You write emails, facilitate meetings, participate in conference calls, create reports, devise presentations, debate with your colleagues... the list goes on. We can spend almost our entire day communicating. So, how can we provide a huge boost to our productivity? We can make sure that we communicate in the clearest, most effective way possible.
This is why we need to know about the 7 Cs of Communication. The 7 Cs provide a checklist for making sure that your thinking of how often you communicate with people during your day.

The 7 Cs provide a checklist for making sure that your meetings, emails, conference calls, reports and presentations are well constructed and clear - so your audience gets your message.Messages must always be CLEAR.
According to the 7 Cs, communication needs to be:

In this article, we look at each of the 7 Cs of Communication, and we'll illustrate each element with both good and bad examples.

1. Clear -When writing or speaking to someone, be clear about your goal or message. What is your purpose in communicating with this person? If you're not sure, then your audience won't be sure either. To be clear, try to minimize the number of ideas in each sentence. Make sure that it's easy for your reader to understand your meaning. People shouldn't have to "read between the lines" to understand what you're trying to say.

Bad Example
Hi Nirved,
I wanted to write you a quick note about Yogo, who's working in your department. He's a great asset, and I'd like to talk to you more about him when you have time.
Best,
Skip

What is this email about? Well, we're not sure. First, if there are multipleYogo in Nirved department, Nirved won't know who Skip is talking about.
Next, what is yogo doing, specifically, that's so great? We don't know that either. It's so vague that Nirved will definitely have to write back for more information.
Last, what is the purpose of this email? Does Skip simply want to have an idle chat about Yogo, or is there some more specific goal here? There's no sense of purpose to this message, so it's quite confusing.

Good Example

Let's see how we could change this email to make it clear.
Hi Nirved,
I wanted to write you a quick note about Yogo jaiswal, who's working in your department. In recent weeks, he's helped the IT department through several pressing deadlines on his own time.
We've got a tough upgrade project due to run over the next three weeks, and his knowledge and skills would prove invaluable. Could we please have his help with this work?
I'd appreciate speaking with you about this. When is it best to call you to discuss this further?

Best wishes,
Skip
This second message is much clearer, because the reader has the information he needs to take action.

2. Concise -When you're concise in your communication, you stick to the point and keep it brief. Your audience doesn't want to read six sentences when you could communicate your message in three.
Are there any adjectives or "filler words" that you can delete? You can often eliminate words like "for instance," "you see," "definitely," "kind of," "literally," "basically," or "I mean."
Are there any unnecessary sentences?
Have you repeated the point several times, in different ways?
Bad Example
Hi Mahi,
I wanted to touch base with you about the email marketing campaign we kind of sketched out last Thursday. I really think that our target market is definitely going to want to see the company's philanthropic efforts. I think that could make a big impact, and it would stay in their minds longer than a sales pitch.
For instance, if we talk about the company's efforts to become sustainable, as well as the charity work we're doing in local schools, then the people that we want to attract are going to remember our message longer. The impact will just be greater.

What do you think?

Bharti

This email is too long! There's repetition, and there's plenty of "filler" taking up space.
Good Example
Watch what happens when we're concise and take out the filler words:
Hi Mahi,
I wanted to quickly discuss the email marketing campaign that we analyzed last Thursday. Our target market will want to know about the company's philanthropic efforts, especially our goals to become sustainable and help local schools.
This would make a far greater impact, and it would stay in their minds longer than a traditional sales pitch.

What do you think?

Bharti

3. Concrete - When your message is concrete, then your audience has a clear picture of what you're telling them. There are details (but not too many!) and vivid facts, and there's laserlike focus.

Bad Example

Consider this advertising copy:
The Lunchbox Wizard will save you time every day. A statement like this probably won't sell many of these products. There's no passion, no vivid detail, nothing that creates emotion, and nothing that tells people in the audience why they should care. This message isn't concrete enough to make a difference.
Good Example
How much time do you spend every day packing your kids' lunches? No more! Just take a complete Lunchbox Wizard from your refrigerator each day to give your kids a healthy lunch AND have more time to play or read with them!
This copy is better because there are vivid images. The audience can picture spending quality time with their kids - and what parent could argue with that? And mentioning that the product is stored in the refrigerator explains how the idea is practical. The message has come alive through these details.
